Being a newbie to medicare and trying to learn about it and what I needed to do to get settled into a plan, I began to research it. I seen some of Christopher Westfall's videos and found them very interesting and informative. I called Senior Savings Network and I'm very glad I did. Kristina and Elizabeth were great at helping to calm my nerves so to speak as I learned more about the process. Elizabeth gave me all the information I needed so that I could decide which plans I wanted to choose for myself. I have to say Elizabeth was AWESOME! I could not have asked for a better agent. I found my supplemental Insurance company thru this agency. When I had a problem with a claim that wasn't being paid, I contacted Kim Strong who works for this Network. She not only contacted the insurance company but called my doctor too for the information needed to resolve the issue. Within 2 days the doctor was paid, and everything was fixed. Now because I track my claims in detail it is imperative for me to be able to see them online from this insurance company. But two years ago, after trying to view them for several months and couldn't because their site kept saying it was "Under construction". I emailed Christopher Westfall. Within 2 days the insurance company's website was fixed, I was able to collect the information I needed, and it hasn't been broken since. Now this supplemental insurance company treats me with respect, and I am forever grateful for Kim, Christopher and all of his staff for being so helpful. - 8/29/2024

I want people to know customer service is not a lost art. SSN has been above and beyond my expectations. Eleni has been wonderful to work with and very patient with myself and now my wife.
