He is truly talented at explaining it all and honest about guiding you to products to fit your needs, not theirs. Maxwell Baity assisted me the rest of the way through supplemental plans and drug plans and I was signed up and approved in one day. I want people to know customer service is not a lost art. SSN has been above and beyond my expectations. Eleni has been wonderful to work with and very patient with myself and now my wife. The other personnel we have interacted with have shown the same grace. Mr. Westfall u-tube videos convinced me to try them out. After receiving my annual premium notification and not too happy that it increased by $17.00 I sent an email to Noelle Guerry at Senior Savings Network and she responded right away to schedule an appointment. Noelle was terrific and through the process I was approved with another insurance company and my premium was lower. Noelle was so professional and answered all my questions and concerns. I have been a client with Christopher Westfall office for over 2 years and always sharing my great 👍 experience with their wonderful service and advise seniors to give them a call for Medicare advice. Talked with Kristina today about switching from an advantage plan to Medicare Supplement plan. I had to go through underwriting not knowing if I would be approved, but Kristina made it go through smoothly. Was approved before I even got off the phone.
